Mauritania has one of the world’s richest coastlines, but its marine resources are still largely under-exploited in the processing sector. Every year, almost 400,000 tonnes of pilchardus sardines are destined for fishmeal factories, with no real local value added.

At 3M Seafood S.A. , we have decided to change this reality. We are creating the country’s first fish cannery and transforming local maritime resources into quality finished products, to contribute to Mauritania’s economic and social development.
